League Requirements

Coaches are required to have criminal background checks before being allowed to coach. The league arranges for fingerprinting and covers all associated fees.
All coaches are required to have Rutgers Certification. HBYS will make arrangements for the course and pay all associated fees.
Parents are required to provide children with shin guards and soccer cleats.
No one can play unless a registration form and payment have been received by the league.
HBYS code of conduct must be followed.
